3.1 Conduct & Silent Hours
KonnectInn operates as a community-focused accommodation. Silent hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM at all properties. During this period, guests are required to keep noise levels at a minimum in dormitory sleeping areas and all common spaces.
3.2 Dormitory Etiquette
No food or beverages of any kind are permitted inside dormitory areas. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain hygiene. Digital lockers are provided for each guest; guests are advised to always keep their valuables securely locked. The maintenance of common areas is a shared responsibility.
3.3 Amenities Usage
An in-house theatre, the Game Zone, and working space are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The common lounge is available 24/7 for work and relaxation. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
3.4 Prohibited Activities & Substances
- No Smoking: Not permitted anywhere inside the property or in bathrooms.
- No Alcohol: Consumption or possession is strictly forbidden at all KonnectInn properties.
- Illegal Drugs: Possession or use will be reported directly to local law enforcement.
3.5 Visitors
Non-resident visitors are allowed only in the reception area and only until 8:00 PM. No visitor access is permitted inside dormitories or the common lounge area. All visitors must be accompanied by the resident guest they are visiting.
3.6 Liability & Damages
Guests are liable for any damage to property, furniture, equipment, or fixtures caused during their stay. KonnectInn is not responsible for any personal loss, theft, or damage to guests' belongings. Guests are strongly advised to utilise the digital lockers provided.
