Early Check-In
- Early check-in is available free of charge, subject to room availability.
- Early check-in can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. We cannot guarantee early check-in in advance.
- Early check-in is available from 7:00 AM onwards. For arrivals before 7:00 AM, you must book the previous night.
Late Check-Out
- Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Please request late check-out at the reception on the day of departure.
Hourly Stays
We offer flexible hourly stay options with 24/7 check-in availability. Contact us for hourly rates and availability.
Luggage Storage: We offer complimentary luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. You may also use our common areas, washrooms, and amenities during this time.
Identification Requirements
Indian Nationals
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in:
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter ID Card
- PAN Card (with photo)
Note: IDs with local Delhi addresses are NOT accepted. All guests must have an ID showing an address outside Delhi NCR.
Foreign Nationals
- Valid passport with a valid visa is mandatory.
- All foreign guests must provide passport details for mandatory C-Form registration with FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office).
Couples
Unmarried couples are welcome. Both guests must be 18+ years of age and present valid government-issued photo ID. Marriage certificate is NOT required.
House Rules
General Rules
- Silent Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in dormitory areas.
- Free Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
- No Smoking: All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- No Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the premises. We have an in-house canteen with affordable meals.
- Visitors: Non-resident guests are not permitted beyond the reception area.
- Common Areas: Common areas and entertainment facilities are shared and cannot be exclusively reserved by guests.
Amenities Usage
- Digital Lockers: Each dorm bed is equipped with a personal digital locker. You are responsible for your belongings stored in the locker.
- Movie Theatre: Our in-house movie theatre is available for all guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Common Lounge: The lounge is available 24/7 for socializing, working, or relaxation.
- Canteen: Fresh, quality meals are available at affordable prices throughout the day.
Parking
We do not provide direct parking facilities. However, paid parking is available on the 3rd floor of our building for guests who require it.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on KONNECT Inn premises:
- Illegal Activities: Any unlawful activities including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, drug use, or possession of illegal substances.
- Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the property.
- Smoking in Rooms: Smoking inside rooms or dormitories is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of Rs.2,000.
- Weapons: Possession, carrying, or storage of firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any weapons is strictly prohibited.
- Disturbing Others: Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs other guests is not tolerated.
- Eating in Dorms: Food consumption inside dormitory rooms is not permitted to maintain cleanliness.
Right to Refuse Service: KONNECT Inn reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest without refund for violation of these terms, disruptive behavior, or at management's discretion.
Liability & Damages
Guest Responsibility
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their stay.
- Damage charges will be assessed and collected at the time of check-out or charged to the payment method on file.
Limitation of Liability
- KONNECT Inn is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings, including items stored in lockers.
- We recommend using the provided digital lockers and not leaving valuables unattended.
- KONNECT Inn is not liable for any injury, accident, or illness that occurs on the premises unless caused by our negligence.
