1.1 Check-in & Check-out
The standard check-in time at all KonnectInn properties is 1:00 PM onwards, and the standard check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as determined by management.
1.2 Early Check-in
Early check-in is subject to room availability and readiness at the time of the guest's arrival. Applicable charges will apply. Confirmation of early check-in is provided only on the day of arrival at the front desk. Early check-in is available from 7:00 AM onwards. For guests arriving before 7:00 AM, it is mandatory to book the previous night's accommodation as well, since the property does not facilitate access before 7:00 AM.
1.3 Late Check-out
Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure. Additional charges will apply for any extension beyond the standard 11:00 AM check-out time. Guests who wish to avail late check-out must make the request at the reception desk on the day of departure; advance requests cannot be confirmed.
1.4 Hourly Stays
KonnectInn offers flexible hourly stays with 24-hour, 7-day check-in availability. This option is suitable for transit passengers and guests requiring short-duration accommodation. Guests are advised to contact the reception directly for the latest hourly rates, as these may vary by property and time of booking. All standard property policies apply equally to hourly stay guests.
1.5 Luggage Storage
A cloakroom or luggage storage facility is available at KonnectInn properties at an additional charge. This service is available both during a guest's stay and after check-out, offering flexibility to guests who wish to explore without carrying their luggage. Applicable charges will be communicated by the front desk. KonnectInn is not responsible for any loss or damage to items stored in the cloakroom.
1.6 Identification — Indian Nationals
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all Indian national guests at the time of check-in.
- Accepted documents: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, and Voter ID Card.
- PAN Cards and all non-government issued IDs are not accepted.
- Local Delhi NCR identification is not accepted — guests must provide a government-issued ID reflecting an address outside the Delhi NCR region.
- Guests who are unable to produce the required identification will be refused check-in.
1.7 Identification — Foreign Nationals
Foreign national guests are required to present a valid passport and a valid Indian visa at the time of check-in. Additionally, all foreign nationals must provide the details required for C-Form submission for FRRO registration, as mandated by Indian law. The front desk team will assist guests with the completion of C-Form details at check-in.
1.8 Age Policy
Guests must be 18 years of age or above to book or stay at any KonnectInn property. This age requirement applies without exception across all properties, whether the guest is booking a private room or a dormitory bed. The property follows a shared dormitory model, and guests below 18 years of age will not be permitted to check in under any circumstances, even if accompanied by an adult. Age will be verified through the identification document presented at check-in.
1.9 Payment Policy
A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Accepted payment modes at KonnectInn are UPI, debit card, credit card, and cash where applicable. Management reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of non-payment or delayed payment. Guests who are unable to make full payment at the time of check-in will be denied access to accommodation.
1.10 Guest Conduct
All guests are required to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour toward fellow guests, property staff, and the surrounding community at all times. Any form of misconduct, illegal activity, abuse, harassment, intimidation, vandalism, or disturbance that affects the safety or comfort of other guests or staff is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any guest from the property without refund in the event of a violation of this policy.
1.11 Safety & Security
CCTV surveillance is active in all common areas and entry and exit points of all KonnectInn properties. Guests are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings throughout their stay. Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, whether occurring inside rooms, dormitories, common areas, or any other part of the property. Guests are strongly advised to make use of the digital lockers provided in dormitory areas to secure their valuables at all times.
1.12 Prohibited Activities
- Illegal substances: Strictly prohibited. Possession, consumption, distribution, or facilitation of illegal drugs or narcotic substances will result in immediate removal from the property and reporting to law enforcement.
- Alcohol: Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden at all KonnectInn properties.
- Smoking: Permitted only in designated areas where applicable; smoking inside rooms, dormitories, bathrooms, or any enclosed area is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and a fine.
- Outside Food: Ordering outside food is allowed, however eating inside dormitories or rooms is not permitted under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in shared spaces.
- Weapons: Carrying or possessing firearms, ammunition, bladed weapons, or any dangerous devices is illegal and strictly prohibited.
1.13 Damage Policy
Any damage caused to property, furniture, fixtures, equipment, bedding, or any other element of a KonnectInn property during a guest's stay — whether due to negligence, misuse, or intentional act — is chargeable to that guest. The cost of repair or replacement shall be assessed by management and shall be recoverable from the concerned guest. Such charges may be collected immediately or adjusted against any security deposit held. In cases of significant or wilful damage, management reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay immediately without refund.
2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1 Acceptance of Policies
By completing a booking or checking in at any KonnectInn property, guests confirm that they have read and understood all the policies, house rules, and terms contained in this document and agree to be bound by them for the entire duration of their stay and in all related matters.
KonnectInn reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policies will always be available at the property and on request.
2.2 Right of Admission
Management reserves the right of admission at all KonnectInn properties. Guests may be denied check-in or asked to vacate the premises in the event of non-compliance with the property policies, house rules, or general terms.
All properties are equipped with CCTV surveillance for safety and operational monitoring. Continued use of KonnectInn accommodation services constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of these policies. For any queries, guests are welcome to speak with the front desk team at any time.
